Wow! What a fantastic trip we had to Bistecca. The children represented our school brilliantly both on the walk there and whilst at Bistecca. We learnt how to make ravioli with Roland and his assistant chef and all had a go at helping out. The ravioli was filled with spinach, red pepper and goats cheese. Once we had made the ravioli we got to try some with tomato sauce. It was delicious!! The children read the menus and looked around the restaurant, they also asked Roland some questions. A great trip with super children, well done!
